THE VICTIM INVOLVED IN THE FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT WAS REPEATEDLY SEXUALLY ABUSED BY FR. TORIBIO VILLACASTIN WHEN HE WAS ASSIGNED TO ST. ISAAC JOGUES PARISH, EAST HARTFORD, CT AND JUST BEFORE HE WENT TO ST. FRANCIS OF ASSISI PARISH, NAUGATUCK, CT

WHAT

A demonstration alerting the parishioners of St. Francis Parish, Naugatuck, CT, that a predator priest, Fr. Toribio Villacastin, visiting from the Philippines, was allowed to work in the Hartford Archdiocese for years, and that the Archdiocese recently settled a clergy sexual abuse case of Fr. Villacastin with a woman who was sexually abused when she was 8-9 years old in approximately 1969-1970.
