Eric Silva regarding the complaints of parents from St. Luke’s Parish, Barrington, and Immaculate Conception Parish, Cranston, about Fr. Eric Silva’s inappropriate sexual questioning of minor children in confessionals
Before Fr. Eric Silva is returned to ministry anywhere by Bishop Tobin, a complete and independent investigation by law enforcement officials must take place to determine Fr. Silva’s fitness to return to ministry
