The Boston Red Sox organization, Major League Baseball, and the above-referenced organizations have refused to address the sexual abuse allegations of twenty-one (21) men, fifteen (15) of whom are of color, against deceased former Red Sox equipment and clubhouse manager and serial pedophile, Donald J. Fitzpatrick (who in 2002 pled guilty to criminal charges of attempted sexual battery), and fairly settle the claims of all twenty-one (21) sexual abuse victims, twenty of whom were minors when they were abused and one who was approximately twenty (20) years of age.

What

A press conference to announce that 21 men, 15 of whom are of color, are appealing to the Boston Red Sox organization, Major League Baseball, and the above-referenced organizations for fairness, justice, and validation in addressing and settling the sexual abuse claims of twenty-one (21) men.  These twenty-one (21) victims were sexually abused in Fenway Park, Boston; Chain O’ Lakes Park, Winter Haven, FL; the ballparks of the Kansas City Athletics and Royals, Baltimore Orioles, and, in Donald J. Fitzpatrick’s automobile in Massachusetts.  The victims were clubhouse assistants or otherwise worked for the Boston Red Sox when they were sexually abused.  Even though these baseball teams and organizations have stated the need for social justice, they refuse to act accordingly.
